Our Global Future
There are many controversial issues in the world regarding how do we feed every-one, should we use genetically modified foods or not. Is there enough water? What is the air pollution going to be and will it affect our breathing?
What is the legacy we are leaving our children and are we truly setting an example for a healthier world in the future? There are no right or wrong answers. Each person will have his or her own opinion. It is not to point the finger at any one else to do the right thing; it is up to each person to set their own standards.
If we choose to live in a healthy state and not be a burden to ourselves, our family and the community, the future looks bright. It is up to each person to eat food that will sustain them and provide a healthy internal and external environment. Clean, unpolluted water and air and daily exercise is very beneficial to our state of health.
Our future is bright if we look after it. Our forefathers have left some problems and we must make sure that we leave fewer problems for our children.
If we could stand on the wings of the space shuttle and look at this fragile planet, we would see the wonders that lie before us. It is learning how to be part of this planet and best use the resources we have to stay healthy that is so important.
