Ingredients
1 cup packed mint leaves
2 spring onions including part of the green tops
½ teaspoon chopped garlic
2 teaspoons rice syrup
1 level teaspoon Garam Masala spice
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon water
Methodology
Place all ingredients into blender & blend well. Place mint dressing into small bowl, cover with kitchen plastic & chill for 15 minutes. Spoon a little over the salad before serving & mix thoroughly.
