Ingredients
½ small butternut pumpkin
½ cup tamari
Methodology
Preheat oven to 180oC. Peel butternut pumpkin & cut into 5cm slices. Place into a glass casserole dish & pour tamari on top. Marinate for 30 minutes turning once or twice. Place into a small oiled baking dish & bake for 20 minutes, turning once & serve.
